Gemserv Announces Chief Executive Appointment

Gemserv is pleased to announce that David Thorne has been appointed as Chief Executive of Gemserv from 1st July 2010. David joined Gemserv in July 2008 and is currently Head of Contract Delivery where he is responsible for delivery of Gemserv contracts across the energy, environmental and business process outsourcing sectors.

David has over 20 years experience in the utility industry having worked for both the water and electricity regulators, followed by 11 years with Centrica in senior regulatory and risk positions. Through these roles he has gained extensive experience in the development of regulated competitive markets and their associated governance arrangements.
