Helpdesk
Providing helpdesk services is an integral part of our support and aftercare for administering various industry agreements and codes.
Our deep involvement at the centre of the energy and environmental sectors attracts many calls on technical or procedural matters, so our helpdesk provision centres provide professional industry expertise. Our experience has been gained from managing services on behalf of the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (dealing with phone and email correspondence from around the world), as well as helpdesk services and back-office support for a number of trade associations. These include the Gas Forum, the Meter Operator Code of Practice Agreement (MOCOPA), the United Kingdom Revenue Protection Agency (UKRPA) and the United Kingdom Metering Forum (UKMF).
