Services range from membership list administration and monthly accounting support through to production of meeting papers and minute taking. We also have significant experience in the issues and practicalities involved in the formation of trade associations.

We organise and host many events on behalf of secretariat clients, from helping develop agendas and securing speakers to organising venues and on-day management.

Events range from annual meetings and technical workshops through to exhibitions and conferences, as well as online webinars.

We also provide IT services, whether clients are looking to establish a simple web presence or a fully integrated hosting solution. Our partnerships with some of the leading technology providers, including Dell and Cisco, provide access to the latest software and hardware solutions.

Gemserv is able to handle the full lifecycle of IT projects and also has experience of complex system migrations. Ongoing work includes provision of the Electricity Central Online Enquiry Service (ECOES) which hold some 28 million records.

We also provide helpdesk services, an integral part of our support and aftercare for administering various industry agreements and codes. Telephone and email queries on technical or procedural matters are handled for clients including the Gas Forum and the Meter Operator Code of Practice Agreement.
