The majority of Gemserv's staff have a strong energy industry background, with a  range of experience covering technical and engineering roles (including advice on energy efficiency), finance and administration, business process management and consulting. Gemserv is highly regarded in the energy industry and by the industry's consulting community and has the technical capability to manage industry-wide activities such as the MRA, the Gas Forum and a number of metering industry bodies, as well as providing advice to the Irish regulator, CER, the Dutch government and the Scottish Executive on energy and other utility issues.
