Mandeep is an experienced professional who has a broad range of expertise spanning many areas, including commercial strategy, policy development, project management, strategic development of IT services, implementation of corporate IT systems. Mandeep has worked on a number of high-level corporate projects, such as the procurement and implementation of an ERP system, software programmes, IT infrastructure developments and internal reward and performance management frameworks. Furthermore, Mandeep has deep experience of setting commercial strategic direction and leading corporate departments through change to ensure full alignment to the Company’s strategic direction.

As the Head of Consultancy, Mandeep is a member of the Operational Management Team with responsibility to manage day-to-day company performance, including company P&L and in-year investment decisions. Mandeep’s skills include the management and leadership of Gemserv’s Consultancy Practice and he is also responsible for the financial and commercial performance of projects across key sectors – Energy, Renewables, Telecoms, Information Security and Data Protection. He is also involved in the support of the development of Data Protection propositions, and leads on the delivery of services to achieve revenue and margin targets. Mandeep is also in charge of P&L responsibility for the Consultancy Practice, including delivery of work, client engagement, budget, cost management, resource planning and employee performance management.
