Gemserv has partnered with The Challenge, a national social integration charity, on a 12 month apprenticeship scheme and is happy to welcome Elijah Montague to Gemserv. Elijah is participating in the IT apprenticeship programme and will be working alongside Wayne Samaroo and his IT Team.

The Challenge is the UK’s leading charity for building a more integrated society. They work on a local and national level to bring together people from all ages, ethnicities and walks of life, connecting communities and building trust. The charity now delivers its programmes to over 40,000 people each year and impacts the lives of a great deal more through its work with policy-makers.

We are proud to be working with The Challenge and to have offered Elijah this apprenticeship. Diversity has always played a key role in our culture and we are firm believers in providing opportunities to those looking to get started on their careers.

We are looking forward to helping build Elijah’s experience and if you would like to find out more about the opportunities available at Gemserv, please do get in touch with us at careers@gemserv.com.

Alternatively, if you would like to find out more about The Challenge and the work they do, you can visit their website at: http://the-challenge.org/.
