Gemserv Appoint new Non-Executive Director – Matthew Rees

Gemserv are pleased to announce that Matthew Rees has been appointed to the Gemserv Board as Non-Executive Director. Matthew replaces Mike Jeans, who completes his term as Senior Non-Executive Director. Gemserv rotates Non-Executive Directors in line with the UK Corporate Governance Code.

Gemserv are pleased to announce that Matthew Rees has been appointed to the Gemserv Board as Non-Executive Director. Matthew replaces Mike Jeans, who completes his term as Senior Non-Executive Director. Gemserv rotates Non-Executive Directors in line with the UK Corporate Governance Code.

Matthew qualified as a Chartered Accountant and became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment (FCSI) whilst at KPMG before a career in investment banking at JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and Merrill Lynch. His latest position is as Director of Corporate Finance at the National Audit Office. Matthew will also commence a new Board appointment at the Single Source Regulations Office on 14th March 2016.
