The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requires you, depending on your activities, to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO). We can help.
Our Data Protection Office offers three levels of service depending on your requirements:
Virtual Data Protection Officer (vDPO) – we can support existing in-house resource.
Outsourced Data Protection oFfcier (oDPO) – we can act as your in-house DPO taking on all legal and compliance responsibilities.
European Representative (EU Rep) – We can offer local DPO support to international organisations.
Our services offer you experience and flexibility at a manageable cost. Enter your details to request a meeting and find out more.
Data protection officer – Building trust.
The General Data Protection Regulation requires organisations to be informed about data privacy and other data protection laws. If a DPO is appointed, then they will be responsible for overseeing the organisation and its employees regarding their obligations as well as monitoring compliance. Activities should include: managing internal data protection activities, developing and maintaining a risk-based approach to data protection, training staff, being the first point of contact data subjects and supervisory authorities in all countries where individuals’ data is processed.
