Emma has worked within HR as a generalist for the past 8 years and during this time has developed a diverse set of skills across the various HR disciplines.  Her particular interest in Learning and Development and Employee Engagement has supported and enabled initiatives which have supported the Company’s strategic objectives such as the Management Development Programme, Trainee Programme, introduction of a Health and Wellness policy and a comprehensive Benefits review.  These initiatives have also directly supported the Company’s successful achievement of the Gold Investors in People accreditation and being recognised as a Best Company to work for, raising the Company’s external profile and becoming an employer of choice for the Industry.
