Paul is an Operational Account Manager in the Retail Energy Code Team, supporting REC Parties to understand their Code obligations. Paul combines his industry knowledge with customer service experience having successfully managed services on behalf of BEIS, Ofwat and water companies including the Microgeneration Certification Scheme, Biomass Suppliers List, Green Deal, The National Landlord Portal and market readiness projects.
Paul’s extensive stakeholder, project, commercial and communication management experience enables him to understand the needs of both the customer and business and deliver an exceptional customer service to market participants.
